172 passengers and crew of the cruise ship, fell ill due to Norovirus

WASHINGTON - Reaching the 172 passengers and crew of US cruise ship infected with Norovirus according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

According to the US health agency, 158 of 3,009 passenger cruise ship Crown Princess infected with the virus while 14 turn to the crew.

Anchored near Los Angeles the ship and undertake thorough cleaning before it can sail again.

This second outbreak of Norovirus at Princess Cruises this year in April in which more than 150 passengers as it gets sick. (AFP)
